Ratatouille



Ingredients:

Vegetables you like, par example:
tomatoes
zucchinis
mushrooms
olives
paprika

mozzarella
cream
red wine
salty nuts
peanut butter

herbages
paprika
pepper
salt
chilli
ketchup
tomato puree

First you have to chop the vegetables and herbages.

Then you melt the cheese in a pan. Then you give some water, red wine, tomato puree, ketchup and peanut butter into it. When the mixery is fluent you add the cream and some salty nuts, par example peanuts.

Now you give the vegetables into the sauce and cook it with low heat. After a while you add the herbages and spicery. Season it.

Bon appétit!!!

The Ratatouille goes with wine and baguette.
